Sam Audrain, PhD
Assistant Professor
Dr. Audrain is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at McGill University. She completed her BA at McGill University and her PhD at the University of Toronto. Before returning to McGill, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Audrain’s research utilizes fMRI and EEG to understand the neural substrates of long-term memory formation, storage, and retrieval in typical adults and in populations with memory dysfunction. Outside of the lab, she enjoys hiking, painting, and reading a good book.

Steven Kritsilas
Hi, I’m Steven! I’m a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in Neuroscience at McGill university. Broadly, I am most interested by the cognitive side of epilepsy and how organizational changes in the brains of patients alters their cognition. My current research focuses on analyzing the nature of memory deficits in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy and trying to find the potential mechanisms behind them. Outside of the lab, I enjoy trying new restaurants, going on walks and gaming.

Veronica Cramm
Veronica is a first year master's student in the Integrated Program in Neuroscience. She holds two Honours Bachelor’s degrees from Carleton University: a BSc in Neuroscience and Mental Health, and a BCogSci with a specialization in the Biological Foundations of Cognition. Veronica is interested in the impact of methodology and analysis choices on study conclusions, as well as memory encoding and retention in clinical populations. Outside of the lab, Veronica enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and reading.
